A Former Professional Hockey Player and Dedicated Father of Four Young Daughters, Randy is an Active Technology Business Leader in the Buffalo, NY Community, and a Contributing Member to a number of Child-Centered Charitable Causes.

In 2015, Randy relocated back to his Hometown of Buffalo, NY to help lead the Technology Staffing & Services Firm Lighthouse Technology Services, after spending eight years in Seattle, WA as a Fortune 500 Company Sales Consultant and Executive, and the Owner of a Successful Business Consultancy Practice.

Currently, Randy also serves as a Co-Founder and Corporate Director for TechBuffalo, a Local Non-Profit Whose Mission is to Produce 5,000 New Technology Professionals for the Buffalo Region.
