“Ok, New Plan”

“Ok, New Plan”

When you hear a “leader” say the words, “Ok, New Plan,” it’s because their old plan likely didn’t account for some important things.

Thus, they had to come up with a new plan, because those important things weren’t in the old plan, and now it’s too late to add them.

It stands to reason then, if there are things they didn’t account for in their old plan, that they may not be very good at planning in the first place.

And if they’re not very good at planning, then they’re probably not very good at leading.

Which means they’re probably not worth following either.

So when you hear the words, “ok, new plan,” from your “leader,” know that it may be time to follow somebody else.

Or even better, lead yourself.
