When you're doing something new, things almost never go as planned.

That's because no one has done it before.

And when a "misstep" happens (and it will), all of...

• The Detractors

• The Critics

• The Naysayers

• The Opponents

• And the "I told you so" people...

They will all spout off on how change wasn't going to work.

But it's all for naught.

Because as long as the disruptors forge ahead, the change will happen.

It always does.

So, to Elon Musk and the team Tesla:

We're glad the glass broke.

Because it made everyone aware (whether they admit it to themselves or not), that change is coming.
